Deep Design Thinking Can creative thinking be applied to every area of the company?
The ability to invent, to make a lateral deviation from the common direction, to break an established convention, is typical of the designer’s creative thinking.
Through Design Thinking consulting, we help companies design a new business model, identify a new unexplored product area, employ an existing technology in novel areas, and develop a decision-making process according to empathic logics that put the true needs of the customer at the center.
Interacting for years with companies around the world, we have seen how many consulting firms support their clients by proposing Design Thinking whose final output is a strategic plan that is often too theoretical. This is why at V12 Design we have coined the term “Deep Design Thinking.”
Deep Design Thinking is a broad, visionary, “disruptive” approach, but at the same time it refers to the ability of our team of creatives, marketing experts, technologists, and engineers to help the company in the complete, deep, detailed, technical, and reliable implementation plan of the strategy identified in the creative phase of the consultancy.
Design Thinking is an extremely powerful and flexible tool that is proving to be increasingly effective: it is no longer about drawing a product, pencils can be laid, but about “drawing” any aspect of a company’s life.
We like the “learning by doing” approach: we encourage companies to get involved through participatory workshops.
