New Space Economy European Expoforum 2022

On December 2, 2022, we followed with passion and attention the conferences organized by Fondazione E. Amaldi at Fiera Roma, for New Space Economy European Expoforum.

The key theme of the event was environmental sustainability and how it can be pursued and facilitated by enabling factors and space technologies. Among the topics discussed were also 3D metal printing, with the interesting panel held by Prof. Bianca Maria Colosimo of the Politecnico di Milano and Prof. Paolo Fino of the Politecnico di Torino and the Italian company Prima Additive, life in LEO orbit with the fascinating talk by astronaut Paolo Nespoli, the D.A.R.T. mission and Artemis 1 with the story of Argotec’s Research & Development manager, Alessandro Balossino.

Many Italian excellences were present in this international space gathering, it was a really useful visit to consolidate knowledge and forge new partnerships… and it doesn’t end here!
