Espresso Coffee Shop
The collaboration with Espresso Coffee Shop was born with the goal of designing a new customer experience, integrating digital and physical channels into a unique relationship between user and e-commerce platform. All points of contact and interaction were specially designed: from the logo to online communication, from the web interface to the 3D configurator, from storytelling to trade show booths.
Starting with a questionnaire dedicated to current customers, we outlined user personas from which to identify distinctive visual language, suitable tone of voice, more intuitable UX, and more inspiring UI. The new brand identity brings together in a single image three values on which Espresso Coffee Shop has built its history and pursues its growth: expertise, design and convenience.
