Deep Design Thinking
Brief
A large Italian NGO requested our support to help 5 teams of volunteers in generating and developing innovative ideas in the social field. The goal was to create Service Design projects that put the end user at the center, applying the designer’s structured approach and established methods.
Solution
We followed the teams along a path of 5 meetings, including plenary moments to share the methodology to be applied and one-to-one meetings to verify the assigned activities. The results obtained at the end of the path were clear: reinforcement of the pivotal aspects of the project, such as value proposition, target audience, stakeholders, communication channels and feasibility; ability to evaluate the Design Thinking tools best suited to achieve these objectives and the design of a service in all its phases.
