Deep Design Thinking
Since 2019 we have established a partnership with Forvalue, born from the stretegic collaboration between Intesa Sanpaolo and Tinexta Group. Together with Forvalue we help Italian SMEs to grow, offering communication, brand identity and design thinking activities. Therefore, in order to be able to convey to Forvalue representatives the right sales strategy of various communication and branding services, we organized a training day composed of roleplay activities and realistic scenario generation in the B2B context.
Starting from the analysis of the many SMEs supported together with Forvalue, we created 5 business case studies with interlocutors, needs, limitations, expectations and attitude based on real experiences. In the roleplay activity, our V12 Design team then played the role of the client, following the directions of each case study, while the Forvalue representatives aimed to unveil the real needs of the client company, proposing the best communication and visual identity service. In this way, we guided the salespeople in listening and interpreting the client’s needs, succeeding in offering a solution formulated precisely on their needs.
