Brief
Often the exaggeration of minimalistic design and the desire of us creative professionals to reduce form to its innermost essence runs the risk of making design itself disappear from the objects. The television set is a central product in the life and the decor of our homes, but it is unfortunately seeing its physicality and the role that design can play in it fade away over the years.
Solution
Not wanting to surrender to the now inevitable disappearance of design in television, we would like to share a very rare concept we recently created: a stainless steel origami, hides both screen and sound system in a three-dimensional composition of great craftsmanship and personality. The horizontal base volume incorporates a fine sound system, without the now compulsary use of the sound bar, a paradoxical habit born to compensate for the absence of space in the two-dimensional frame of the TV set.
